Back by popular demand…Focaccia! Featuring guest baker Jo Cagnacci.

Kristin Petrucci will be teaching focaccia al rosmarino (rosemary focaccia). This is the recipe she uses for her amazing pizza dough!

Guest baker Jo Cagnacci, from Genova, Italy,  will teach the class his tips and tricks, as well as bringing his FOCACCIA for everyone to try! Jo owns and operates La Spiga Bakery (Artisan Italian Bread and Focaccia), and has worked tirelessly to learn how to produce fabulous focaccia adapted to our altitude and environment.

This will be a hands on class, so bring your aprons and readiness to eat!
We have plenty of ovens to bake our fresh focaccia, so bring a friend and come join us for a fun time!
