Join us for our Summer Kids’ Cooking Camp! Over the course of four days, students will get hands-on experience making food with roots in four different countries, learn some basic cooking skills, and build their confidence in the kitchen! Here’s the program:

Day 1: Kitchen Safety; Breakfast! Pancake Muffins and Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Quesadillas.

Day 2: Italian Cooking! Fresh Pasta from scratch, Basil Pesto, and Bruschetta. Students will enjoy eating their bruschetta, and will have pasta and pesto to take home and share.

Day 3: Chicken Taquitos & Tomatillo Dressing! Taquitos are a kid favorite. We’ll learn how to make our own, as well as fresh dressing to dip them in.

Day 4: Chocolate! Swedish Kladdkaka (sticky cake)–a cross between a souffl√© and a brownie (more brownie!) and Chocolate Dipped Strawberries. Hopefully they will have some to share at home. ūüėČ

Recommended for ages 8+.

**Students will work in groups of 4 or less. Max 16 students in the camp.

**Please bring an apron. Those with long hair should tie it back.

**Notify us of food allergies before camp so adjustments may be made (if possible) to recipes. We will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to substitute all food items.

Time: 10:00-12:00

Cost: $110 per participant (includes all materials and recipes)
